Addis Ababa (SLpost) – President Silanyo held talks with Ethiopian President Girma Woldegiorgis.
The two parties on the occasion discussed on ways to further enhance existing relations between Ethiopia and Somaliland.
President Ahmed Mohamed Mahamoud on the occasion expressed Somaliland’s desire to further strengthen existing trade ties and people-to-people relations with Ethiopia.
President Girma on his side said Ethiopia will provide the necessary support in the ongoing efforts to maintain peace and also bring about development in the surrounding areas.
Somaliland is keen to further enhance existing relations on issues related to port utilization, he said.
